Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This website and the online store it contains are operated by MYDE TECH LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17451868, with its registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean MYDE TECH LTD, and “you” means the person using this website or placing an order.

You can contact us at any time by email at [email protected].

2. These terms and their scope

These terms govern two things: (a) your use of this website, and (b) the sale of goods to consumers through it. They apply to every visitor and to every order placed through the store. By browsing the site you accept the website terms; by placing an order you accept the sale terms.

Where you order as a consumer, these terms do not affect any mandatory right you have under the law of your country of residence. If any provision conflicts with such a right, the mandatory right prevails. The sale terms apply to consumers resident in a country to which we deliver (see section 3). We sell to consumers only: we do not offer trade, wholesale or reseller terms through this website.

3. Eligibility and delivery area

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. We deliver only to the countries that can be selected at checkout, and orders cannot be placed for delivery to any other destination. None of the countries we serve is subject to international trade sanctions or export restrictions, and we do not serve any destination described in section 4.

4. Sanctions, embargoes and export controls

We do not offer, sell, supply or ship goods to any person, entity or destination that is subject to international trade sanctions, embargoes or export-control restrictions. This applies to delivery, after-sales support, installation guidance and warranty service as well: where we are not permitted to trade with a destination, we cannot provide any of those services either.

In particular, we do not accept orders from, or deliver to, any of the destinations listed in this section. This applies whether you order as a consumer or on behalf of a business.

Sanctioned destinations. We do not serve countries and territories that are subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes. These currently include Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea (DPRK), Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe, together with the Ukrainian territories of Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia.

Other destinations we do not serve. We also do not serve, and do not accept orders for delivery to, the following destinations, because our payment providers, carriers or insurers cannot serve them or because we are unable to verify compliance: Algeria, Angola, Benin, Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, the Congo (the Democratic Republic of the), Côte d’Ivoire, Croatia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Israel, Kenya, Lao PDR, Lebanon, Mali, Monaco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, the Occupied Palestinian Territory, South Africa, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Ukraine, Vanuatu and Vietnam.

We review the list in this section regularly and may update it without notice. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies. If you try to check out with a delivery address in a destination listed above, the order will not go through.

We also do not trade with any person or entity named on a sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom (HM Treasury / OFSI) or the United States (OFAC, including the SDN List), nor with any person or entity that is owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, such a designated person or entity.

When you place an order you confirm that: (a) you are not located in, resident in, or organised under the laws of a sanctioned country or territory; (b) you are not a designated person and are not acting for one; and (c) you will not use anything you buy from us in connection with military, nuclear, chemical, biological or missile-related activities, or export or re-export it in breach of applicable export-control law.

Our checkout accepts orders for delivery only to the countries listed in our delivery area (see section 3), and none of those countries is a destination described in this section. If an order nevertheless appears to breach this section, we may refuse it or cancel it before or after dispatch and refund any payment received in full. If the goods have already been dispatched, you must return them to us and we will refund the price once they are received. Where the law requires it, we may report a suspected breach to the competent authorities.

Nothing in these terms requires us to enter into, perform or continue any contract where doing so would put us in breach of sanctions or export-control law.

5. Your account

You may order as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Please tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your authority. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you provide.

6. How a contract with us is formed

Product listings on this website are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. When you complete checkout you make an offer to buy. A contract of sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where: the item is out of stock or discontinued; the price or description was obviously incorrect; the delivery address is outside our delivery area; we cannot verify payment or the buyer; or the order appears fraudulent or contrary to export control rules. If we cancel, we refund any payment already taken in full.

7. Prices, currency, delivery charges and payment

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include the delivery charge only where expressly stated. The total price payable, including every charge you must pay, is shown before you submit your order. A flat delivery charge of €12 applies per order throughout our delivery area. We do not add hidden charges, and we do not charge any fee for payment methods beyond those you can see at checkout.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the payment methods offered. Where a contract is cancelled or an order is refused, any sum paid is refunded without undue delay and in any event within 14 days.

8. Product information and compatibility

We describe our automotive parts and accessories as accurately as we can. Product photographs are for illustration and may show optional items not included, and colours may vary between screens. Measurements and technical specifications are given in good faith and may be subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

It is your responsibility to confirm that a part is suitable for your vehicle before ordering. Cross-reference numbers, OE and OEM numbers, model years, engine codes and left- or right-hand variants must be checked against your existing component or your vehicle’s documentation. We cannot guarantee that a part fits a specific vehicle unless we have expressly confirmed compatibility in writing. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering and we will help you check.

9. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment has been received and cleared. Indicative dispatch and delivery times, along with the applicable delivery charge, are set out on our Returns & Exchanges page. Delivery times are estimates only and are not a contractual guarantee, except where we have expressly agreed a fixed delivery date with you. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address.

10. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel a contract, return goods and obtain a refund are set out in detail in our Returns & Exchanges page and in our Refund and Returns Policy. In outline, consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and a two-year legal guarantee of conformity, and we additionally accept unused returns within 30 days.

11. Intellectual property and OEM part numbers

All content on this website — text, photographs, layout, graphics, product descriptions and the site’s structure — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and database rights. You may view and print pages for the purpose of placing an order, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Part numbers, OE and OEM reference numbers, and vehicle manufacturer names are quoted for identification and cross-reference purposes only. Their use does not imply that any part is manufactured by, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise associated with the vehicle manufacturer concerned. All third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the parts we sell are not original parts supplied by the vehicle manufacturer.

12. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website. In particular you must not:

  • use automated systems, bots, scrapers or harvesting tools to extract content or product data;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its administration area, servers or databases;
  • introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
  • place fraudulent orders, use payment instruments that are not yours, or misuse our returns process;
  • use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or the rights of any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, and may cancel orders, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

13. Links to other websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including carrier tracking pages and payment providers. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or privacy practices. Any link does not imply endorsement.

14. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory consumer rights, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms affects your right to the remedies available to you under the Sale of Goods Directive (EU) 2019/771, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent national consumer law, nor your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

15. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier strikes, customs delays, transport disruption, natural events, epidemics, or failures of power, network or third-party services. If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we will refund any sum paid for it.

16. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are unhappy with your order or with our service, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we have the opportunity to put things right. Our complaints procedure is set out in our Returns & Exchanges page.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may be able to refer the dispute to a national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body competent for consumer disputes in your country of residence, or seek advice from your national European Consumer Centre, part of the ECC-Net. Details of the ADR body available to you can be requested from us or from your national consumer authority. Referring a dispute to ADR is voluntary and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings before a court.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in a European Union or EEA Member State, or in the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. Nothing in this clause affects your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version applicable to your order is the version published on this page at the time you placed it. The date of the current version is shown below. We encourage you to review this page before each order.

Last updated: 16 October 2026.
